RAMSES v5.x
Situation: Looking for supporter(s)
Although version 4.x of RAMSES is working properly but to have more functionality, it is proposed to level up RAMSES to version 5.x. In this version, it would be use QGIS (https://www.qgis.org) as GIS engine and Python for developing related plugins.
RAMSES v4.x

RAMSES (Reconnaissance And Management System of the Environment of Schistocerca) is a custom software application that consists of a database and a geographic information system (GIS). The database stores the results of survey and control operations and the GIS displays this data on maps.
Version 4.x of RAMSES developed in Java and used OpenJUMP (http://www.openjump.org) as GIS engine and PostGreSQL (https://www.postgresql.org/) as Database engine.
The version 4.1 is using by locust affected countries for 6 years.
